Like this updated scene better than the previous. Use of perspective with the flat characters are a nice touch. Makes the characters stand out more in a normal environment. Great use of gradient on the character, as it gives the clothes more texture than a flat color and also distinguishes her from the man in the scene. The man seems to be the only object with the black outline. He seems out of place unless that's the look you're going for.
